Limericks

I intended to go to the Shed

but I couldn't get up from my bed

I'd been in the Mayflower

for many an hour

and something was wrong with my head.

I knew that my mates might well mock it

when I built and then launched my own rocket

but I blew up the Shed

though there weren't many dead

and I'm now quite a bit out of pocket.
