The Shed has taken delivery of their very own "Flying Man" today. What on earth is it? A steam-powered trouser press? A Chinese army surplus jet pack?

Actually, it is a treadle powered sewing machine which will soon be transformed into a small lathe using the combined brainpower of the Shedists. Anyone with an interest in dissecting a sewing machine and turning it into a muscle-powered woodworking marvel, come on down and join us.
